Free to start. Paid plans from ₹199 a month.

Facebook Page replies
A public comment asking for help should receive an honest acknowledgement and a useful route to the team.
This recipe matches relevant support words and posts the response you prepare. It should not claim the issue is resolved or that the team has already reviewed the order. Keep personal information out of the public thread and describe the actual support process.
Recipe in 3 steps
Replace the sample copy and links, then test the supported journey in your own account.
Use the help page, contact route, or other process your team actually monitors. Confirm its working hours and instructions.
Start with HELP or SUPPORT and test realistic phrases. Avoid letting a broad word trigger a sales answer during a complaint.
Leave a test support comment and check the public reply. Verify somebody owns the follow-up process and the wording does not imply an automatic resolution.
Supported channels
Linkar connects to Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages. What an automation can do depends on the channel and the account you connect.
A Facebook Page you are authorised to manage.
Replies are posted publicly under comments on your Page posts, so everyone reading the thread sees the answer.
An Instagram professional account, either Business or Creator.
Private replies to comments and supported conversation journeys. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.

Why it helps
Public answers that help the person who asked and everyone else reading the thread.
Acknowledge that the comment was received. Avoid making a response-time promise your team cannot meet.
Point to the appropriate help route instead of asking for emails, phone numbers, payment details, or order information in the thread.
Before you switch it on
Replace vague ‘contact us’ wording with the real maintained destination. Do not claim a ticket was created unless that process exists and has been tested. Read the reply as another visitor would: it should show a sensible support route without revealing anything about the person’s situation.
Campaign notes
Linkar’s Facebook Page comment automations post public replies. They should not be described as Messenger chatbots or private DM journeys. Use wording that makes sense to other readers, choose relevant keywords or selected posts, and keep account-specific details out of the response. Never ask people to post private contact or payment information under a comment.
Test a matching question and an unrelated comment in the actual thread. Point to a maintained destination when details can change, and use your real private support process for individual issues. An automatic acknowledgement does not prove a support ticket exists, a giveaway entry is eligible, or a purchase has been completed.
The recipe posts your saved public acknowledgement. Ticket creation and private support need the process or connection you actually configure. Do not claim either happens automatically from the comment reply.
Connect a Facebook Page you are authorised to manage. This recipe uses supported public Page comment replies. Check the capabilities and permissions shown for the connected Page before publishing.
