Helpful DM replies
A good automation begins with a simple decision: what should happen when someone asks for something?
Linkar’s builder lets you configure that journey without writing code. Start with the incoming interaction, add the messages or collection steps you need, and decide when a person should take over. The supported options depend on the channel and automation type you choose.
3 step process
Start with one clear request. Build the answer around the person who sent it.
Write the incoming request and your ideal first answer in plain language. Identify any information you need and the point where the conversation should finish.
Choose an automation type or starting template. Replace its sample text and destinations with your own content, then check that each action belongs to the chosen channel.
Walk through the expected route and a less common answer. Check links, collection, and handoff behaviour; a builder preview alone cannot prove every live interaction works.

Why it helps
Prepared answers for the questions you already know, and a clear route to your team for the rest.
A comment campaign, a Story reply, and an incoming DM have different rules. Selecting the trigger first keeps later choices grounded in a journey the channel supports.
Prepare the text, links, buttons, and prompts where supported. Your saved messages carry your voice and avoid inventing product information mid-conversation.
A smaller automation is easier to test and maintain. Add a step only when it helps the person complete the request or reach the right help.

Before you switch it on
If you cannot describe the journey in a few sentences, simplify it before activating it. Use names that tell your team what an automation does and which offer it serves. Review active messages whenever that offer changes. A reusable template saves setup effort, but it still needs your links, copy, and a real test.
Campaign notes
Use the words people actually send, then choose a matching mode that suits the request. An exact campaign code and a broader question keyword serve different purposes. Test an expected request, a longer sentence, and an unrelated message. Review other active flows so the same incoming question does not produce several competing answers.
Prepared replies should answer known questions with information you maintain. They are not a reason to improvise product claims or make custom commitments. Leave a clear route to your team and respect the supported messaging window. If the destination changes, update and retest the reply before the next campaign.

No. Linkar supports different capabilities on Instagram and Facebook Pages. Instagram has supported conversation journeys; Facebook Page automation currently focuses on public comment replies. Choose the channel first and use the steps available for it.
Connect an Instagram professional account, either Business or Creator. Check the capabilities available to that account and use a supported incoming interaction. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported for these automation journeys.
