Resources and enquiries
A newsletter invitation needs to explain what arrives, how often, and how someone can stop.
Linkar can share your existing subscription page or collect an address for a requested resource inside a supported conversation.
Keep newsletter permission explicit and follow the enrolment process of your chosen email platform.
Collecting an address in Linkar does not automatically establish an active subscription elsewhere.
3 step process
Start with one clear request. Build the answer around the person who sent it.
Check the publication description, cadence, confirmation process, and unsubscribe information. Use the provider that actually maintains your list.
Choose a specific incoming word such as NEWSLETTER. Send the subscription link or configure clearly explained collection for the requested purpose.
Test the full route with an address you control. Confirm any external subscription and welcome email before calling the person a newsletter subscriber.
Supported channels
Linkar connects to Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages. What an automation can do depends on the channel and the account you connect.
An Instagram professional account, either Business or Creator.
Private replies to comments and supported conversation journeys. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
A Facebook Page you are authorised to manage.
Replies are posted publicly under comments on your Page posts, so everyone reading the thread sees the answer.

Why it helps
Collect only what helps, and keep it beside the conversation it came from.
Tell people what the newsletter covers and its actual cadence. A clear invitation attracts readers who want the material rather than people surprised by later email.
A maintained subscription page can handle confirmation and preferences. If collecting in a DM, explain the purpose and make the next enrolment step clear.
Someone asking for a checklist may want only that checklist. State ongoing newsletter enrolment separately instead of hiding it in resource fulfilment.
Before you switch it on
The subscriber should understand where the signup is completed. Test confirmation emails and preference controls in that system. If you export or connect collected addresses, use the permissions and process you actually described. A saved contact and a confirmed mailing-list subscription are different states.
Campaign notes
Explain the purpose before asking for an email or an additional answer. Linkar can validate an address’s format and save configured conversational fields with a contact. Format validation does not prove mailbox ownership. A short intake should give your team relevant context, while retry and exit messages keep the process understandable.
A saved address is not blanket permission for recurring marketing. Keep requested resource delivery and newsletter enrolment distinct, and test any external handoff you configure. Collect only the information needed for the enquiry. Review the completed record and fulfilment step yourself before calling the campaign a working lead journey.
Only through a process or supported connection you configure. Linkar saves the collected address; newsletter enrolment and confirmation depend on your chosen platform. Test that handoff before promising automatic subscription.
Yes. Start with 5 automations and 1,000 messages per month on the free plan. Features and limits depend on the plan and connected account. Compare the current plans before choosing a larger setup.
