# Facebook support comment reply template

A public comment asking for help should receive an honest acknowledgement and a useful route to the team. This recipe matches relevant support words and posts the response you prepare. It should not claim the issue is resolved or that the team has already reviewed the order. Keep personal information out of the public thread and describe the actual support process.

## Channel

Facebook Page: public comment replies

## Setup

1. Check the real support destination

Use the help page, contact route, or other process your team actually monitors. Confirm its working hours and instructions.

2. Choose support comment words

Start with HELP or SUPPORT and test realistic phrases. Avoid letting a broad word trigger a sales answer during a complaint.

3. Inspect the acknowledgement

Leave a test support comment and check the public reply. Verify somebody owns the follow-up process and the wording does not imply an automatic resolution.

## Example incoming request

I need help with an issue

## Sample reply to customise

Thanks for letting us know. Please use our support contact route for personal or order details, so we can help privately.

## Next step

Public acknowledgement and your help route

A public reply does not automatically open a Messenger conversation or support ticket.

## Make the next route specific

Replace vague ‘contact us’ wording with the real maintained destination. Do not claim a ticket was created unless that process exists and has been tested. Read the reply as another visitor would: it should show a sensible support route without revealing anything about the person’s situation.

## Write for a public Facebook thread

Linkar’s Facebook Page comment automations post public replies. They should not be described as Messenger chatbots or private DM journeys. Use wording that makes sense to other readers, choose relevant keywords or selected posts, and keep account-specific details out of the response. Never ask people to post private contact or payment information under a comment.

Test a matching question and an unrelated comment in the actual thread. Point to a maintained destination when details can change, and use your real private support process for individual issues. An automatic acknowledgement does not prove a support ticket exists, a giveaway entry is eligible, or a purchase has been completed.

Replace all sample wording and destinations. This is a workflow plan, not an importable or already-published automation.
