# Facebook giveaway comment reply template

This recipe publicly acknowledges a chosen giveaway word under selected Facebook Page posts. It points participants to the official rules and avoids claiming eligibility has been verified by the reply. Keep valid-entry records, winner selection, and prize fulfilment in your actual campaign process. A public acknowledgement should reveal no private participant details.

Facebook Page: public comment replies

## Setup

1. Publish the campaign rules

Check requirements, dates, and how entries and winners are handled. Decide what the automatic reply can truthfully acknowledge.

2. Select the Page posts

Configure the giveaway word and relevant media scope. Prepare a public response with the real rules destination.

3. Test repeats and scope

Try a matching comment on the campaign and on another post. Review repeated comments so the wording does not imply extra entries or an awarded prize.

## Sample reply to customise

Your comment has been received. Please check this post’s official rules for the requirements and closing date.

## Next step

Public campaign acknowledgement

This sample confirms receipt, rather than verified eligibility.

## Use accurate participation wording

If more steps are required, do not write ‘entry confirmed’ until the real process supports that claim. Close the flow when the giveaway ends and keep winner announcements with the campaign owner. Public replies should never expose a participant’s email or private contact details.

## Write for a public Facebook thread

Linkar’s Facebook Page comment automations post public replies. They should not be described as Messenger chatbots or private DM journeys. Use wording that makes sense to other readers, choose relevant keywords or selected posts, and keep account-specific details out of the response. Never ask people to post private contact or payment information under a comment.

Test a matching question and an unrelated comment in the actual thread. Point to a maintained destination when details can change, and use your real private support process for individual issues. An automatic acknowledgement does not prove a support ticket exists, a giveaway entry is eligible, or a purchase has been completed.

Replace all sample wording and destinations. This is a workflow plan, not an importable or already-published automation.
